The Somers Telescopic Coil Lifter has been designed to work in the most rigorous of environments and is both rugged and extremely sensitive when handling the coil. The latest lifters are fitted with a variety of sensing devices to ensure the coil is totally protected and does NOT suffer any edge damage during the handling process. These systems have been developed with a major metal producer and are designed to remain totally reliable even in the most harsh environments in the Steel Mills.

Motorised, Leadscrew, Parallelogram, Low Headroom and Double Pinion designs are available to suit any clients particular preference.
